Discover The function hall

The Function Hall is the perfect place for hosting momentous gatherings such as parties, seminars, corporate events, and training. Lined with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, this allows for ample light to fill the spacious hall that can accommodate a crowd of 200. Adorning the ceilings are petal-shaped accents with floral and plant details on them, staying true to the Bali-inspired aesthetic of Chateau Genevié.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT EVENT RESERVATIONS

  • 1. How many hours are allocated for the event?

    You are allotted 5 hours to use the event space. If you wish to extend the duration, additional fees may apply.

  • 2. What is the allotted time for ingress and egress?

    You are given 3 hours for ingress and 3 hours for egress free of charge. If additional time is required, extra charges will apply.

  • 3. Do you have a corkage fee for outside suppliers?

    Yes, corkage fees apply for outside catering suppliers and other major vendors. The exact amount can be discussed upon inquiry. 

  • 4. Do you offer catering and other suppliers?

    Yes, we provide in-house catering services along with optional add-ons such as event styling, lighting and sound systems, mobile bars, photobooths, roasted pig (lechon), and more.

  • 5. Do our guests have pool access during the event?

    Yes, your guests can enjoy pool access for a total of 8 hours. You have the option to choose between the following time arrangements: 3 hours for ingress and 5 hours during the event, or 5 hours during the event and 3 hours for egress.


  • 6. Do you have a parking area, and how many cars can it accommodate?

    We can accommodate 3 cars inside the resort to prevent overcrowding. Additional parking is available right outside the gate and in front of the resort. We also offer parking at a nearby property, just 10 meters away, with a capacity of up to 30 cars. Our staff will be on hand to assist with parking on the day of the event.


  • 7. What are the inclusions of your event venue?

    Inclusions depend on the specific venue hall you select. Common inclusions are one complimentary room, free use of the pool, and access to the resort's facilities.


  • 8. What are your overtime fees?

    Overtime fees apply if the event exceeds the hours outlined in your contract. Additional charges will be incurred for any extensions.


  • 9. What is your reservation process?

    To reserve the venue, a 50% down payment is required. The remaining balance must be paid up to one month before the event date.


  • 10. Do you allow rescheduling?

    Yes, rescheduling is allowed in cases of force majeure. You may reschedule once, subject to availability.


  • 11. What is your mode of payment?

    We accept payments via BPI bank transfers, GCash, and cash.


  • 12. Do you allow ceiling treatments?

    Yes, ceiling treatments are allowed in the pavilion and function hall, but they are subject to certain limitations and prohibitions as outlined in the contract. 


  • 13. Do you provide event coordination services?

    Yes, we offer event coordination services to help ensure your event runs smoothly. Please inquire for more details on pricing and availability.


  • 14. Is there a backup plan in case of bad weather for outdoor events?

    Yes, we offer indoor alternatives in case of inclement weather for outdoor events. Please discuss your options with our team.


  • 15. Can we bring our own decorations?

    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own decorations, provided they comply with our venue guidelines. Please note that ceiling treatments are subject to additional restrictions.


  • 16. Are pets allowed at the event?

    We kindly ask that pets are not brought to the event to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.


  • 17. What time should the event wrap up?

    All events must conclude by the time specified in your contract. Extensions beyond this agreed time will incur additional charges.


  • 18. Are there restrictions on music or sound levels?

    Yes, sound levels should comply with local regulations to avoid disturbances. Our team will assist in ensuring sound systems are set up appropriately.


  • 19. Do you have a designated area for smoking?

    Yes, the resort is a smoke-free zone, but we have designated smoking areas outside the event venues. Smoking is not permitted inside the resort premises.



  • 20. Are children allowed at the event?

    Yes, children are welcome, and we offer child-friendly areas. However, adult supervision is required at all times.


  • 21. Do you provide security personnel during the event?

    Yes, security personnel are on duty 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of your guests throughout the event.
